Job description

The team is currently looking for a FP&A Manager to join their team as they grow. Their award-winning platform offers consumers a marketplace to book a variety of fun activities, from wine tours and water sports to skydiving, art classes, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform budget vs. actual analysis, providing financial optimization insights.
  • Develop financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on revenue forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Lead forecasting for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Audit general ledger for accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with the accounting team to improve financial processes.
  • Assist in ERP system implementation for streamlined reporting.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets in partnership with department heads.
  • Oversee budgetary controls and align headcount planning with company goals.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with department heads and executives.
