A day in the life:                  
As an APEX Software Developer, we're looking for individuals to design, develop and deploy web applications using Oracle APEX. Your ability to customize applications using SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript and dynamic actions will be crucial.  Be a part of a mission critical program where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to the vibrant and inclusive culture of our organization. 
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Implementing interactive reports, forms, dashboards, and data visualizations. 
  • Integrating APEX applications with Oracle databases and external systems using RESTful Web Services, APIs, and data connectors. 
  • Ensuring seamless data flow between the application and other enterprise systems. 
  • Optimizing SQL queries and PL/SQL code for efficient performance. 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in APEX applications. 
              
What you bring to the table:
All of our cloud engineers need the following skills:                    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.               
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for application customization.
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs.
  • Experience with automating processes using APEX features or third-party tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.               
   
For this particular role, you will also need:                    
  • 3+ years of solid software engineering experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle APEX (version 19.1 or later).

Salary Range:   
  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation.  Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself. 
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the  projected pay range for this position is $150,000 - $240,000.
