Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Directeur·trice des ventes pour accompagner les équipes de ventes et de marketing, et optimiser les activités de ventes de notre client.
Ta présence au bureau, combinée à ton leadership mobilisateur, à ton approche rigoureuse et à ta volonté de développer ton équipe, jouera un rôle clé dans la mobilisation, la performance et la croissance durable de l’entreprise.

Un horaire flexible de 4 jours/semaine;

Principales responsabilités:

Développer les équipes de gestionnaires de comptes et marketing, tant sur le plan des compétences que de la performance, en offrant des conseils et du mentorat;
Est responsable du processus de planification annuelle en lien avec le plan de commercialisation;
Maximiser l’efficacité des activités terrain menées par l’équipe;
Accompagner les opportunités stratégiques (stratégie innovante, négociation, closing);
Assurer une gestion rigoureuse du cycle de ventes, des prévisions et des indicateurs de performance;
Superviser et assurer l’atteinte des indicateurs clés et du rendement de l’équipe des ventes;
Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité et de discipline dans l’utilisation du CRM;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer l’alignement et l’exécution des priorités d’affaires avec les objectifs corporatifs;
Effectuer une veille stratégique des tendances et meilleures pratiques de l’industrie pour formuler des recommandations au besoin


Minimum 10 ans d’expérience pertinente au poste;
Expérience dans un poste de direction des ventes, au sein d’une entreprise en technologie de l’information;
Solide expérience en gestion du cycle de ventes, incluant pipeline, prévisions, indicateurs de performance et CRM;
Capacité à passer rapidement de la planification à l’action, dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant;
Excellente compréhension des enjeux d’affaires, commerciaux et stratégiques, avec capacité à traduire la stratégie en plans d’action concrets;
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, en raison de communications quotidiennes avec de la clientèle et des membres de l’équipe francophones et anglophones;
Une disponibilité et une présence accrue pour assurer un accompagnement constant à ton équipe;
Un leadership mobilisateur, proche de l’équipe et de ses enjeux réels;
Une réelle volonté de faire progresser les gestionnaires de comptes;
Une capacité à transformer les activités de ventes en résultats mesurables;
Une approche rigoureuse, structurée et orientée exécution.
