Now Hiring: Window Installers - Build Your Future with Big C Lumber!
Looking for steady income, great benefits, and the chance to grow in the construction field? Maybe you dream of running your own crew one day. At Big C Lumber, we don't just build homes-we build careers.
We're expanding our Installed Services Division and adding a new crew at our Mishawaka Window & Door facility. Whether you have hands-on construction experience or are eager to learn through our paid training program, this is your chance to join a company that cares about you, your family, and your future-all while having some fun along the way.
What You'll Do
  • Prep openings and install windows and exterior doors in new construction projects
  • Use tools like hammers, levels, and power saws with confidence (or we'll train you!)
  • Climb ladders, lift and set windows, and handle equipment safely
  • Work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship
✅ What We're Looking For
  • Some construction knowledge is helpful-but not required
  • Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working with tools
  • A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work
