Job description

Sr Instructional Designer Developer

What You'll Do: As a Sr Instructional Designer Developer you will design, coordinate, creatively develop, and deliver technical training for various insurance markets. Other duties include:
  • Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of online courses and trainings.
  • Lead and coach other designer/developers.
  • Design and develop a world-class curriculum to include online and instructor led courses.
  • Organize the integration of new content into the courses offered by planning short and long-term goals and implementation schedules and learning objectives for the introduction of new content or programs.
  • Determine effectiveness of training programs to include accurate content, delivery method, and cost.
  • Develop project plans and lead training projects.
  • Research and recommend technology, as applicable.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:
  • College degree or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Insurance experience/background preferred.
  • Must have or attain a working knowledge and/or skills with learning management systems as well as instructional development and other multimedia software and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cenario VR.
  • Must be creative and have the ability to design and develop curriculum using specialized learning technologies and advanced instructional design expertise.
