Our research and engineering protects mission-critical systems and a broad range of initiatives in computer network defense, electronic warfare, secure-by-design techniques, and cyber operations and experimentation platforms. Your expertise and areas of interest may be applied on one or more programs, providing you new opportunities to learn and grow.

The candidate will possess the ability to work independently in a small multi-disciplinary team utilizing their experience to translate operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements. Additionally, they will be expected to have a general understanding of communications protocols, modern software development processes and tools, and the ability to apply them to programs.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Must be capable of providing detailed technical support for software development programs with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of modern software development processes 
  • Experience with object-oriented development 
  • Must be capable of integrating COTS products in software/system architectures
  • Ability to rapidly digest new tools and technologies and integrate them into existing products and processes
  • Must have knowledge of distributed systems, and issues regarding database replication and distribution for distributed systems
  • Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and/or MATLAB
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
