Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Be the Showings Pro: Schedule and coordinate showings for clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience as they explore their dream homes
  • Embrace Mentorship: Attend weekly sales meetings and mentorship meetings/calls to learn from the best in the industry and constantly refine your skills to become a real estate expert
  • Be the Life of the Party: Attend and support events provided to clients, friends, family, and vendors, building and nurturing relationships to foster a strong network in the real estate industry
  • Guide with Confidence: Work closely with buyers and sellers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the often-stressful home-buying process, helping them achieve their goals and make informed decisions
  • Be Present for the Big Moments: Attend closing and home inspections, providing valuable insights and assistance to clients, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate process from start to finish

Qualifications:
  • Hold, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license
  • This is a full-time position
  • Must be 18 years of age, a US citizen or lawfully admitted alien, and have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time, nights, and weekends
  • Attend the team training
  • Attend a certification program and mentorship
