At Thrive Realty Co., we know great client experiences are built on teamwork. We're looking for a Showing Partner to work alongside our seasoned agents, helping clients tour homes, learn the market, and move confidently toward their next chapter.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience by assisting top agents with showings while also building your own career. It's not a set or guaranteed schedule; instead, it's a flexible role designed to get you in front of clients, sharpen your skills, and accelerate your path toward becoming a full-time Sales Agent.

Responsibilities
• Accompany and assist seasoned agents with property showings
• Provide neighborhood and property insights to help clients make informed decisions
• Communicate promptly with clients and lead agents to ensure seamless service
• Support open houses, client events, and occasional team initiatives
• Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
• Shadow and collaborate with lead agents to gain valuable sales and negotiation experience
• Build and nurture your own pipeline of clients as you grow within Thrive
Qualifications
• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools
• Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn from experienced mentors
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on client needs
