Executive Assistant | Overland Park, KS Full-Time | Direct Hire| $60-70K LHH is partnering with a well-respected organization within the professional services industry, who is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive day-to-day operational efficiency. This highly visible role will serve as a trusted administrative partner, ensuring executives remain organized, informed, and prepared while supporting key initiatives, special projects, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast- paced professional environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership and senior management teams.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and handle logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, develop itineraries, and assist with expense reporting.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, business partners, and internal teams.
  • Prioritize incoming requests and communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organize and support meetings, including agenda preparation, distribution of materials, and follow-up coordination.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and executive initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support purchasing, invoice processing, and administrative functions across the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of executive, administrative, or senior-level support experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Executive-level calendar management.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
