Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is a company focused on product development, and they are seeking a Salesforce Product Development Manager. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycle, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance Contract Lifecycle Management features.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management - Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply Agile principles to product development.
• Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex business concepts to technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting to and interacting with stakeholders, executive leadership
• Requirements Gathering and Prioritization - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for CLM features and enhancements. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA, and UX/UI designers, to ensure successful implementation of CLM solutions. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• User Experience and Design - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience for CLM users. Provide input on the design and usability of CLM features
• Vendor Management - Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors providing CLM-related tools or services. Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with product goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to apply Agile principles to product development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex business concepts to technical stakeholders.

• Possession of a recognized Product Manager certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner) demonstrating a solid understanding of product management principles.
• Knowledge of Sales / Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for CLM features and enhancements.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA, and UX/UI designers, to ensure successful implementation of CLM solutions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
