Role Overview

Seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer / AI Solutions Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Prompt Engineering to design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions for banking and financial services use cases. The role involves building scalable, secure, and compliant AI assistants leveraging frontier LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
Hands-on experience with GPT-4 class or equivalent LLMs
Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering frameworks and design patterns
Experience with RAG architectures and vector search technologies
Understanding of tokenization, context windows, and inference latency optimization
Proficiency in Python for AI integration and automation
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and YAML
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and model risk management
Experience delivering enterprise copilots/chatbots at scale

Preferred Experience

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams for governance and audit readiness
Document prompt frameworks, AI workflows, and operational standards
