    • Repurpose dev updates and newsletters into social content
    • Set and monitor progress for social media channels growth goals

    Community Management (Discord & Backers)
    • Manage and grow an active Discord community
    • Support and evolve existing community strategy
    • Coordinate and support volunteer moderators/community helpers
    • Engage with Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers
    • Manage backer communications (emails and inbox support)
    • Help coordinate delivery of backer rewards (credits, in-game items, digital rewards, etc.)

    Newsletters & Communications
    • Write and send monthly dev logs / newsletters
    • Translate development progress into clear, engaging updates for the community
    • Maintain consistent communication with backers and supporters

    Studio & Website Content
    • Keep website content accurate and up to date
    • Create content that supports studio visibility and talent attraction
    • Share updates that highlight Templar Media's work and culture

    Marketing & Production Support
    • Help coordinate content production during major marketing campaigns
    • Organize and track social/media production schedules
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on content rollout

    Events & Additional Support
    • Support the team at trade shows, conventions, and exhibitions
    • Assist with content capture and community engagement at events
    • Monitor and support Google Ad Grants campaigns as needed

    Content Creation
    • Create and edit video content for social media as well as utilize software and tools that can generate and share short form video content and clips from longer form content.
    • Support light creative production (graphics, clips, promotional content)
    • Work with external creators and partners when needed

    About You:
    • Experience in social media management, community management, content creation, or a combination of all three
    • Strong communication skills and comfort writing for public-facing channels
    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing priorities
    • Comfortable engaging with online communities (including Discord)
    • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

    Nice to Have:
