Pete's RV Center is hiring a full-time, in-office Customer Care Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) in Florence, KY. In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact-answering inbound calls, assisting customers with questions, and scheduling appointments for the right team. If you're professional on the phone, organized, and motivated by goals and incentives, we'd like to meet you.
What you'll do
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and care
        Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments
        Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
        Coordinate with internal teams to route requests and ensure timely follow-up
        Support a welcoming, high-energy customer experience

Requirements
        Strong phone communication skills and a customer-first mindset
        Reliable, punctual, and professional
        Comfortable with computers for data entry and scheduling (including basic Excel)
        Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up

        Paid training provided (immediate and ongoing)
        After training: Averaging $45k to 60k annually, plus bonus opportunities
        Currently qualified Customer Care Representatives are earning $55K plus
        Full-time, onsite position (no remote work available)
