Job description

Medication/Caregiver staff at Wheatland Village are responsible for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. They follow resident care plans and physician orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:
  • Full-time in Assisted Living & Memory Care, Saturdays through Wednesdays, from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am
  • Full-time in Memory Care, Sundays through Thursdays, from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Availability for weekends/holidays preferred

Requirements:
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience & certification in Medication Assistance are necessary.
  • CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient.
