KeyResponsibilities:

  • Provideexpert critical care to patients during air transport, ensuring safety andclinical excellence.
  • Collaborateeffectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
  • Maintaincompliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.
  • Participatein ongoing education and training to uphold the highest care standards.
  • Schedule:Rotational shifts based on operational needs.

Requirements:

  • ActiveRN license to practice in the state of employment.
  • Minimumof 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).
  • Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS,or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
  • CFRNcertification within 24 months of hire.
  • Flightor transport experience preferred.
  • Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
  • Effectiveinterpersonal skills to work with team members, patients, and externalcustomers.
  • Weightlimit: Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
  • Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting and communication.
  • Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), and drugscreening.
