Position Overview
The NPI Manager serves as the central project leader for new product commercialization, partnering with Research & Development, Quality/Food Safety, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to successfully launch new products. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Related Field REQUIRED
Minimum 5 Years of Product Management, Project Management, or Product Commercialization Experience REQUIRED
Experience Leading End-to-End Product Commercialization or Product Launch Projects REQUIRED
Demonstrated Cross-Functional Project Leadership REQUIRED
Experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) REQUIRED
Experience Managing Plant Trials, Scale-Up, Validation, and Commercial Launch Activities REQUIRED
Strong Project Planning, Stage-Gate, Risk Management, and Manufacturing Readiness Experience REQUIRED
Willingness to Travel 10-15% to Manufacturing Facilities REQUIRED
