Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative architectural projects from conception through completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, design development, construction documentation, and execution, ensuring all phases align with client goals, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining rigorous schedules. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project strategies and design solutions that meet functional and aesthetic goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents using AutoCAD & Revit
  • Utilize project management software to monitor progress, update schedules with Project scheduling tools, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct quality reviews of design work using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Lead construction management activities including site visits, coordination of renovation or new build efforts, and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
  • Foster business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships for future projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing architectural projects from concept through construction with a strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes including renovation projects and interior design integration.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainable design practices.
