Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of assigned projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Manage project execution, communication, and quality standards across all stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clarify project scope, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Work with Design/Engineering to review and update CAD drawings as project requirements evolve.

Act as the primary liaison with clients, general contractors, and third parties to address scope, scheduling, and technical inquiries.

Monitor progress, costs, and milestones to ensure alignment with budget and timeline goals.

Maintain project documentation, scope updates, and materials tracking throughout the lifecycle.

Schedule and oversee field team activities, ensuring tasks are executed safely and efficiently.

Provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager with progress reports, adjustments, and logistical needs.

Coordinate smooth handoffs to Installation, Programming, and Service departments.

Support Accounting with progress billing, invoicing, and project financial updates.

Track and document labor and materials for accurate records and billing.

Establish and maintain performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and timely response.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of project management experience in construction and low-voltage systems.

Proven ability to implement systems and workflows that improve efficiency and client service.

Proficient with project management tools and technology applications.

Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
