Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one or more of our various Product teams. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing and scaling the core backend systems that power our platform, with a strategic focus on integrating AI technologies. You will also lead a fullstack product team, ensuring seamless integration between the backend and user-facing features. You'll partner closely with senior technical leaders and help drive execution across AI integration, product strategy, and business growth. We're looking for someone who's helped grow teams with operational excellence and technical fluency, while bringing people leadership to the table.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and Grow the Teams: Manage and mentor one or more teams. Hire and develop talent to support company growth and evolving product needs.

  • Own the Product Roadmap & Execution: Partner with Product, Design, and GTM to define priorities, translate customer needs into clear plans, and drive delivery with strong operational rigor (planning, quality, and predictable execution).

  • Drive Full Stack Architecture & Engineering Excellence: Guide end-to-end technical decisions across frontend, backend, and data integrations. Ensure the system is secure, scalable, observable, and easy for engineers to build on as the product grows.

  • Champion Product-First Thinking: Instill a product-focused mindset across the teams to tackle technical challenges related to quality and performance. You'll ensure the core functionality of our product is stable, reliable, and continuously improving.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with leadership and product teams to align on priorities, ensuring technology is integrated into strategic decision-making and delivering results that move the business forward.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments with a focus on leveraging AI/ML technologies.

  • Strong background in full-stack development with proven proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.

  • Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including experiment setup, dataset curation, model training, and deployment.

  • Experience working with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred).

  • A "driver" mindset: proactive, outcomes-oriented, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
