WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A HOME SERVICES AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST?

As our full-time Home Services and Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll review accounts, prepare invoices, and process customer payments to ensure billing remains accurate and up to date. You'll handle incoming calls, assist customers with questions, and schedule service appointments as needed. Throughout the day, you'll balance accounts receivable responsibilities with customer service tasks, maintaining organized records and clear communication.


WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time office position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional weather-dependent Saturday mornings.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HOME SERVICES AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST?

  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in Excel and Outlook
  • Computer experience is essential
  • Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
  • Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, permits, or job costing
  • Experience using a field service management software

Cost accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred!
