The Gatesworth — named a U.S. News & World Report Best Independent Living Community for 2026 — is hiring a full-time Concierge to be the welcoming face of our luxury senior living community. If you're warm, personable, comfortable with basic tech, and love creating great experiences for others, we want to hear from you.

Please Note: This is an active, fast-paced role requiring extensive walking and frequent standing throughout your shift.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide door attendant services and greet residents, guests, and vendors

  • Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment

  • Perform valet parking

  • Escort residents and guests throughout the property

  • Walk dogs as requested

  • Perform keyholder duties for residents as requested

  • Staff the security desk — determine nature of business and direct visitors

  • Provide basic tech support (cell phones, laptops, general troubleshooting)

  • Lift/carry items up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (required)
