What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a Material Handler at our Elkhart, Indiana location.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 1st shift
  • Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with additional hours as needed
  • Additional hours may be required

What You’ll Do:

  • Transfer products into and out of pails, drums, and totes using transfer pumps and hoses
  • Read paperwork with chemical amounts and blending instructions
  • Pull product samples and submit them to the Lab for quality control
  • Label containers and secure closures
  • Inspect, label, store, and prepare products for shipment
  • Stage, load, and unload pails, drums, and totes
  • Operate a forklift
  • Wear required PPE for safety
  • Keep your work area safe, clean, and orderly
  • Lift and/or move 55 lbs
  • Cross-train in areas such as shipping/receiving, bulk handling, inventory control, chemical packaging, fiberglass handling, tote cleaning, preventive maintenance, and yard truck spotting

Candidates Should Possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Forklift certification (training is provided)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with co-workers.
