What's your day like?

As a new Bilingual Assistant Community Manager at Zen Living Management, you can expect a dynamic day filled with diverse responsibilities. Each day will involve engaging with residents to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance their living experience. You will assist in managing community events, fostering a sense of belonging among residents.

Your role will also include coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring properties are well-maintained, and collaborating with the Community Manager to implement community initiatives. Daily tasks may involve administrative duties such as updating resident records and managing communications in both English and Spanish. Your expected schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed for community events or urgent matters.
