  • Write, verify, and make payments on tickets for sports wagersย in accordance withย department policy and procedures andย ensuresย complianceย toย applicable jurisdictional gamingย statuesย and regulations.ย 
  • Maintain a cash bank for his/her shift, responsible for accepting payment and making correct change when necessary.ย 
  • Stock Sports book Writer/Cashier's stations with adequate supplies; keeps all stations neat and clean.ย 
  • Stock Sportsbook Kiosks with adequate supplies; troubleshoot errors.ย 
  • Write Sports tickets inย an accurateย andย timelyย manner.ย 
  • Make paymentsย and redemptionsย inย an accurateย andย timelyย manner; verify tickets and payoffs.ย 
  • Maintain and reconcile bank for assigned shift byย following established cash-handling policies and procedures.ย 
  • Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and proceduresย toย guests.ย 
  • Provide information andย assistanceย to customers in a friendly, courteous manner to ensure the delivery of guest service. Offer information on activities, etc., and direct guests for furtherย informationย as necessary.ย 
  • Assistย guests with all methods and mediums for sports betting transactions. Including but not limited to: Sportsbook Desk, Sportsbook Kiosks, Online Sportsbook Application.ย 
  • Enter player tracker information and createย new player tracking accountsย 
  • Complete Title 31 transactions inย an accurateย andย timelyย manner.ย 
  • Notify management of escalated or prevalent guest issues/concerns and anyย apparentย suspicious activity.ย 
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.ย
