Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:Lead and execute complex audits and compliance reviews independently, ensuring adherence to audit plans.Assist in the development of audit strategies, risk assessments, and audit programs.Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying control weaknesses and suggesting improvements.Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and training.Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings and recommendations for management.Collaborate with business units to assess and improve compliance processes.Assist in the development and maintenance of audit policies and procedures.Keep up to date with changing regulations and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to audits.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role in audit and complianceProven experience in managing audit and compliance processesProficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and complianceA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a plusCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
