  • Evaluate & Educate: Take an active role in onboarding, training, and developing clinical staff.
  • Serve as Clinical Leadership: Step up as the clinical lead when the Clinical Director is unavailable.
Who You Are:
  • A Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment, leadership instincts, and a desire to elevate others.
  • A coach, mentor, and motivator-someone who sees leadership as service.
  • Calm under pressure and confident in your ability to manage conflict with professionalism and care.
  • Highly organized, compassionate, and deeply committed to improving lives through high-quality home care.
• What You Bring:

  • Nursing degree (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's)
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor or similar leadership role (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of state/federal compliance and private duty nursing operations
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Meaningful Work: Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes and team success.
  • Team Culture: Join a supportive, values-driven team that respects your expertise and celebrates your growth.
  • Career Advancement: We believe in promoting from within-this role is a stepping stone to further leadership.
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Work independently while collaborating across teams to make the best clinical decisions.
  • National Reach, Local Heart: Be part of a trusted national provider with deep local roots in Worcester.
  • Compensation: $100k base salary, plus bonus potential (up to 10% of salary based on branch performance), cell phone and mileage reimbursement. Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year, 48 hours of sick time accrual, one 8-hour fun day and one 8-hour inclusion day. Vacation hours accrual will increase to 120 hours of vacation after 1st year.
