Job description

About Archer
A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams' ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.
Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.
This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.
If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.
The Role
Archer is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to own our web experience and make it tell our story. Archer is changing how the world's most regulated enterprises turn relentless regulatory change into advantage, and we are delivering innovation to customers faster than ever. That pace is a rare opportunity, and your first mandate is to seize it: build a digital experience that captures everything Archer delivers and makes it land with customers, the market, and analysts. From that story, performance follows: qualified traffic, higher conversion, and pipeline, driven through SEO, AEO, and relentless optimization. This is a senior, hands-on role, not a people-manager. You will set the direction across our website and the broader digital experience, execute the changes yourself, and direct a skilled front-end and back-end WordPress developer who turns your priorities into shipped work. You own the AI agent library that scales the function. The person who wins here is a storyteller and a growth operator both, fluent in front-end craft and relentless about turning our story into results.
What You'll Do
  • Tell the Archer story. Build a digital experience that captures the innovation Archer delivers and the category we lead, in language that resonates with customers, the market, and analysts. This is priority one. Everything else flows from it.
  • Own the digital experience end to end. Set the roadmap for archerirm.com and the connected web experience and run the day-to-day. Every page, template, journey, and release ladders back to the story, performance, and the brand.
  • Drive growth through search. Own technical and on-page SEO and structure content to win in both traditional and AI-driven search and answer engines. Turn the story into qualified traffic and pipeline. That is the scoreboard.
  • Increase conversion. Design the buyer's journey through the site so the experience guides visitors from first touch to action. Run a continuous CRO program to optimize the conversion flow with A/B tests, landing page upgrades, form improvements, and UX refinement. The measure is more conversion: more demos and more pipeline, reported in numbers.
  • Ship new experiences. Partner across demand gen, content, product marketing, and design to define what the business needs, then turn it into clear specs for our WordPress developer and QA every release to launch. You make it happen across the company and with the developer, you do not do it all alone.
  • Build and optimize the AI agent library. Own, build, and continuously improve the function's AI agent library so the experience ships faster, is automated where possible, and performs better every quarter.

What You Bring
Experience
  • 5+ years owning a B2B website and its growth, preferably in SaaS or a fast-moving technology company.
  • A track record of translating a company's positioning and story into a website that performs, especially in complex or technical categories.
  • Demonstrated organic growth through technical and on-page SEO, plus work structuring content for AI-driven search and answer engines.
  • Proven CRO results through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvement, with numbers to show for it.
  • Hands-on WordPress expertise across pages, templates, plugins, and content operations.
  • Front-end fluency in HTML and CSS, with enough back-end familiarity to spec and QA developer work. You direct developers, you do not need to be one full time.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Experience with AI Optimization Tools like Profound or AirOps preferred

You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Tell a sharp story. You can take a complex, technical business and make it land with clarity and edge. You know a great site sells the story before it sells the product.
  • Chase growth. You measure yourself in traffic, conversion, and pipeline, not activity. You set aggressive targets and hit them.
  • Live in search. SEO and AEO are your craft, and the shift to AI-driven search excites you. You are already building for it.
  • Build with your hands. You are fluent in front-end craft and comfortable enough in the back end to spec, troubleshoot, and QA. You know where your line is and where the developer's begins.
  • Think in systems. You see the site as a growth engine, not a set of pages, and you design taxonomy, templates, and governance that scale.

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice at management discretion based on business need.
