Process/Industrial Engineer – Build, Optimize, and Transform Operations

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the center of continuous improvement, partnering across teams to build smarter, faster, and more efficient operations:

• Apply Lean methodologies including line balancing, PFEP, value stream mapping, FMEAs, and control plans
• Lead plant-level continuous improvement initiatives and work studies
• Design and optimize facility layouts to improve flow and scalability
• Develop and maintain headcount and labor analysis tools to support business decisions
• Conduct engineering studies to align operations with evolving business needs
• Establish and challenge standard times to reduce waste and improve productivity
• Serve as the go-to expert for capacity planning and process optimization
• Partner with Operations, IT, Facilities, and Project teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Support capital equipment decisions and engineering project execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments
• Strong background in process design, optimization, and cost savings initiatives
• Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Access, Visio, and project tools
• Experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, or other supply chain systems
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn data into action
