Job description

Heritage Industrial Services, Inc. is rapidly growing and looking for individuals experienced with Rigging, Machinery Moving and Industrial Dismantlement.

Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of rigging tools, their capacities and their limitations, in every lifting operation from routine to complex, and the ability to assess and implement proper rigging techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience working with industry tools including but not limited to: wire rope / nylon slings, chain falls, shackles, skates, hand tools, torches.
  • Experience working with cranes including signaling.
  • Capable of climbing a ladder, reaching overhead, bending, pulling on wrenches and lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Experienced in the operation of heavy equipment including forklifts and man lifts.
  • Dismantles and store rigging equipment after use.
  • Basic knowledge of operating equipment (Forklifts, man lifts, mobile platform lifts, etc.)
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license required / Class A CDL a plus.

Starting Pay Between $28hr - $35hr based on experience
