About the Role:

The Automotive Tint Technician plays a critical role in enhancing vehicle aesthetics, comfort, and privacy by professionally applying window tint films to a wide range of automobiles. This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that tint films are installed flawlessly without bubbles, creases, or imperfections. The technician will work closely with management to understand procedures and provide expert advice on tint options that comply with local regulations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory of tint materials, and ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition. Ultimately, the Automotive Tint Technician contributes to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality tinting services that improve the driving experience and protect vehicle interiors from UV damage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum 2 years of verified hands on experience installing automotive tint
  • Skilled in shrinking, shaping, and applying tint to complex glass curves
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and SOPs
  • Able to work effidiently in a fast paced workflow
