Medical Technologist - Weekend Nights - $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full Time 
Weekend Night Shift
Hours: 40 Hours a Week
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hire with a 2-Year Commitment

Job Summary:

  • Performs manual and automated routine blood tests.
  • Prepares specimens for microscope examination.
  • Operates laboratory equipment including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Qualifications:

  • MLT: Associated Degree from an accredited college or university in a Laboratory Field. Degree must be in a Medical Laboratory Sciences or one of the biological or chemical sciences.
  • MT-BS degree from an accredited college or university required in Medical Technology. Degree must be in Medical Technology or one of the biological or chemical sciences.
  • ASCP Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
