We are seeking a motivated and talented Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Repair, Maintenance & Installation industry. This role offers you the chance to develop a wide range of skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance while delivering outstanding guest service in a supportive and upbeat atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance on building, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, pool, and grounds.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service during their stay.
  • Maintain inventory, clean and organize tools and storage areas.
  • Complete work orders and preventative maintenance checklists on schedule.
  • Inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lights.
  • Maintain pool chemical levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with groundskeeping including landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • General knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and drywall.
  • High school education or equivalent; CPO preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous hotel industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Availability for 8-hour shifts, weekdays and weekends, plus on-call emergencies.
