Job description

Internal Medicine of East Haven, P.C., a long-established Shoreline practice, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our medical team. We have recently moved to a newly-retrofitted, larger space in Branford, CT as we look to grow our practice. This is a 5-day/week full-time position to support our full time MD and 2 PA-Cs in a medical office setting.

This job is in-office; not remote. Professionalism, customer service, teamwork, attention to detail and accuracy are critical for success in this role. We are a busy primary care office.

Responsibilities:

· Assist MD and PA-Cs with patient overflow

· See new patients in-office and via telemedicine to build one's own practice

· Limited weekday and very limited weekend call (required in role)

· Will see patients newly accepted to IMEH and build own practice over time

Education/Certification:

· Must be Certified Physician Assistant

Experience & Competencies:

· Must be proficient in use of electronic medical records systems; familiarity with eClinicalWorks a plus
