About Generation Tux:
Generation Tux is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Senior Style Consultant, In-Salon to lead our presence at a well-established wedding dress shop in King of Prussia, PA. As the formalwear expert, you'll be the face of Generation Tux, guiding clients through their men's formalwear rental journey for weddings and special events. From walk-ins to scheduled appointments, you'll deliver exceptional service, provide expert style advice, and seamlessly connect the Generation Tux digital experience with an in-store, high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist both walk-in and appointment-based customers with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Guide clients through style and fit selections, coordinating looks for grooms, groomsmen, and wedding party members
  • Educate customers on Generation Tux offerings, including Free Swatches, Free Home Try-On, and the Wedding Party Management tool

Sales & Conversion
  • Drive bookings through one-on-one consultations and confident upselling
  • Track leads, manage follow-ups, and support group coordination for larger events
  • Meet or exceed individual performance and conversion goals

Wedding Dress Shop Partnership
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the salon staff to create mutual success
  • Identify referral opportunities and promote in-house visibility
  • Maintain all in-store displays, marketing materials, and garment samples

Operations & Reporting
  • Manage appointment schedules and digital tools for client records and reporting
  • Ensure the space is clean, organized, and in line with the Generation Tux brand standards
  • Support logistical tasks, customer communications, and merchandise upkeep

Leadership
  • Serve as the on-site Generation Tux representative and point of contact
  • Assist in onboarding or mentoring new associates, as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the fashion or formalwear industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong upselling and cross-selling abilities.
  • Styling Expertise: Experience in fashion or formalwear styling, with an eye for detail and knowledge of current trends.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor and support junior team members as needed, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Comfort with using iOS technology, Google Suite, different software, managing appointments, and handling basic inventory tasks.
