Job description

Facilities Coordinator (Warehouse Maintenance)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations in HouseSmart's warehouse. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, organizing materials, managing inventory, and assisting with deliveries and basic maintenance tasks in the warehouse.

This team member will support our Frankfort, NY and Chittenango, NY HouseSmart Construction hubs.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain company vehicles

  • Organize and keep warehouse areas clean and orderly

  • Prepare and set out materials for daily jobs

  • Track, organize, and maintain inventory levels

  • Receive, count, and store incoming materials and supplies

  • Assist with loading trucks and equipment

  • Deliver materials to job sites as needed

  • Perform small maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic maintenance skills preferred

  • Basic inventory or warehouse experience preferred

  • Attention to detail for tracking materials and stock levels

Pay:

  • 20.00/hr+ based on experience

  • Paid weekly
