Warehouse Auditor – Distribution Center

Olive Branch, Mississippi

Location: 8331 Frontage Rd., Olive Branch, MS 38654

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday | 5:45 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay: $19.00/HR

Overtime: $28.50/HR

Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Join a Growing Distribution Center Team

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor to support operations at a large distribution center in Olive Branch, MS.

This position is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who has a strong eye for detail and understands the importance of inventory accuracy, quality control, order verification, and proper documentation.

As a Warehouse Auditor, you will help ensure products and orders are accurate before they move through the distribution process.

Job functions:

Auditing & Quality Control

  • Audit orders, inventory, and product information for accuracy.
  • Verify quantities, labels, product information, and documentation.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or quality concerns.
  • Help ensure outgoing and incoming products meet established accuracy and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete basic data entry as needed.

Warehouse Operations

  • Use RF scan guns to scan, verify, and track products.
  • Support picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities.
  • Move and organize products throughout the distribution center.
  • Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
  • Report equipment or maintenance concerns to supervision.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Participate in safety training and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience
  • Previous experience with warehouse pick, pack, and ship operations
  • Experience using RF scan guns
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math and computer/data-entry skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skill
  • Previous inventory, auditing, quality control, or order verification experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and material handling
  • Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
Employment Requirements
  • Full-time attendance is required.
  • Must be available Monday–Friday,** 5:45 PM – 2:30 AM**.
  • Must be available for overtime when required.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.
  • Must be able to provide current, valid documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to the Olive Branch facility is required daily.
