Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.

Benefits: This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately pulling and processing orders, operating forklifts, managing inventory, and assisting customers with pickups and deliveries. This hands-on role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Pull, package, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Safely operate forklifts and saw equipment.
  • Assist with deliveries and help resolve customer concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Learn and utilize the company's barcoding and inventory management systems.
  • Assist will-call customers with order pickup and loading.
  • Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of forklift experience (Required)
  • Clean Driving Record (MVR)
  • Dependable with excellent attendance (We take this seriously!)
  • Positive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
  • Physically able to lift boxes, clean floors, and handle warehouse tasks
  • Focused & goal-oriented (No distractions!)
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment

Other:

  • Ability to lift and move plastic materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrates consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability in meeting work schedules and job responsibilities.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and accurately read and apply measurements to support warehouse operations and order fulfillment
  • Maintains a positive attitude, works collaboratively with others, and contributes to a productive, team-oriented work environment. 
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions with varying temperatures*.
  • The incumbent will be required and must have the ability to drive for company business*.

*Per auto vehicle insurance carrier requirements: For applicants/employees to qualify for inclusion on the Goodwill driver insurance schedule, for purpose of driving Goodwill fleet vehicles, or for purpose of receiving company mileage reimbursement they must be at least:
 

  • 21 years of age (not engaged in passenger transportation),
     
  • 25 – 70 years of age for all passenger transportation services,
     
  • 25 years of age for CDL.

 

Applicants/employee will be required to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check; applicants/employees must disclose all moving traffic violations or vehicle crashes (within the last five (5) years)(Note: not all violations are a disqualification for employment and each case will be reviewed by the insurance carrier); must have valid Colorado State driver license; must also be able to operate company vehicle, and adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws governing vehicle operation.
