Job Title: Graphic Designer – Preferably Oil & Gas Investment Presentation Deck Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: On-Site

Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000. Competitive salary based on experience

Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, retirement benefits, performance incentives, and professional development opportunities.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – preferably an Oil & Gas Investment Presentation Deck Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a designer with experience creating high-impact investor presentations, pitch decks, and corporate marketing materials, particularly within the energy, oil & gas, private equity, or financial sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex technical, operational, and financial information into visually compelling presentations that support capital raising, investor relations, acquisitions, and business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate understands that investor presentations are more than design—they are sales and fundraising tools. We are looking for someone who can combine strong visual design skills with business acumen to create presentations that inspire confidence, communicate value, and support investment decisions.

Application Requirements

Please submit:

  • Resume
  • Brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience in oil & gas, energy, finance, or investment-related projects

Candidates with demonstrated experience creating investor-facing presentation decks will be given strong preference.

Compensation:

$48,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop professional investor presentation decks for oil & gas projects, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic partnerships.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, executive summaries, and marketing collateral.
  • Translate technical, engineering, geological, and financial data into clear and engaging visual content.
  • Develop infographics, maps, charts, graphs, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key investment highlights.
  • Collaborate with executives, engineers, geologists, finance professionals, and business development teams to produce investor-ready materials.
  • Maintain and strengthen corporate branding standards across all presentations and marketing assets.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet institutional investor, private equity, banking, and corporate presentation standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously improve presentation templates, design systems, and visual assets.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, pitch decks, corporate communications, and data visualization.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear and impactful visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred

  • Previous experience designing investment presentations within the oil & gas, energy, private equity, investment banking, or financial services industries.
  • Understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas operations.
  • Experience creating materials for investor relations, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance.
  • Familiarity with geological maps, reserve reports, production data, and energy market presentations.
  • Experience with motion graphics, presentation animation, and interactive presentations is a plus.
