We are seeking a Luxury Eyewear Stylist & Client Experience Specialist who thrives in premium environments and delivers concierge-level service.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a polished, personable professional who excels at consultative sales and understands the power of personal branding. The right person naturally connects with affluent clients, builds trust quickly, and confidently guides them toward premium solutions that enhance their lifestyle and image.

Key Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality

• Proven strength in consultative sales and closing

• Strong understanding of branding, personal style, and how eyewear enhances a client’s professional and personal image

• Experience working with high-end or high-expectation clientele (luxury retail, hospitality, jewelry, fashion, or similar preferred)

• Fashion-forward with excellent taste and an eye for detail

• Professional, polished presence and confident communicator

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to deliver an elevated client experience

• Team-oriented with a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best

Optical experience is not required — we will provide comprehensive training to the right individual.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver white-glove, hospitality-driven service to our upscale clientele

• Build lasting relationships and become a trusted advisor for patients and their families

• Expertly style clients in luxury frames that align with their personal brand, lifestyle, and aesthetic

• Confidently present and sell premium lens options and high-end eyewear collections

• Curate and maintain an impeccably merchandised luxury showroom

• Provide personalized consultations that make every client feel seen, valued, and confident

• Manage eyewear orders with precision and follow-through
