The District Manager is responsible for leading the growth of Learning Care Group's multi-unit business operations/Schools within the Raleigh/Durham area, (i.e., district), while achieving Learning Care Group's safety vision of "No One Gets Hurt." The District Manager supervises each School's Director to achieve excellent business results in several areas of responsibility, including but not limited to, the safety of children; financial performance; licensing and Company compliance; leadership and development training; educational offerings; and the implementation of assessment-based and developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The District Manager maintains supervisory responsibility over all School staff, including the selection, recruitment and professional development of each employee.

Approximately 75% drivable travel
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
$95-110,000 base salary.
This position is also eligible for our District Manager bonus program which is based on district performance.
