Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable flooring installer with experience in sheet vinyl, Marmoleum, and EcoGrip flooring systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and has a strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install sheet vinyl, Marmoleum, and EcoGrip flooring systems

Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision

Prepare subfloors (leveling, patching, moisture mitigation)

Perform seam work, sealing, and finishing details

Read blueprints and execute clean, accurate installs

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Travel to job sites and work overnight shifts

Provide job updates, photos, and notes via company app

Estimate time and materials when needed

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of sheet vinyl, Marmoleum, or EcoGrip experience

Strong knowledge of floor prep and installation techniques

Ability to work independently and with a team

Comfortable working night shifts

Willing to travel (up to 50%)

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)

Bonus Points If You Have

Eco Grip certification

Experience in restaurant or commercial environments
