  • Strategic Focus: Demonstrate a strong understanding of portfolio objectives and the ability to align project and team efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in Video Game Production, preferably in both Publishing and Development. Track record of successfully shipping multiple AA (or bigger) games across their full lifecycle, from R&D to live operations - especially in early-stage, scrappy environments.
  • Strong understanding of game development processes, including design, programming, art, and audio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively - most notably in communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
