Position Summary:
The Remote Deposition Services (RDS) Representative position plays
an important role in ensuring a smooth deposition experience for clients. This position is responsible for
shipping out equipment to deponents, using strong communication skills
to guide deponents through remote attendance to depositions, and troubleshooting technical difficulties. Comprehensive training will be provided. This is a full-time, in office position that reports to the Video Manager.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service or client relations background
- Experience providing basic technical support
- Proficiency with Zoom and other videoconferencing platforms
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues in real time
Job Duties:
- Guide participants through audio, video, and connectivity setup, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain professional and clear communication
- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs
- Provide live technical support for attorneys, court reporters, and other participants during remote depositions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to videoconferencing platforms
