  • Process payments and keep reservation records accurate in company reservation and property management systems
  • Check out customers purchasing items from front desk and general store areas, handling transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support guest needs
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all guest communications and bookings
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 2 or more years of customer service, hotel, hospitality, or reservations experience preferred
  • Experience in short term vacation rentals, hotels, or resorts strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast paced, high call volume environment
  • Comfortable using reservation systems, property management software (PMS), and payment platforms
  • Professional, positive, and team oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle high call volume and guest interactions with confidence

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Weekend availability required
  • Shift options:
    • 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
    • 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous 401(k) match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Competitive pay with growth opportunities
  • Stable, locally owned company with strong community roots
  • Work with one of the largest vacation rental portfolios in the area, over 900 homes
  • Supportive, fast paced team environment
