Position Overview

We're seeking a dependable Mail Clerk to join a busy operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, sorting, processing, and delivery of mail and packages throughout the facility while providing excellent internal customer service.

In addition to mailroom responsibilities, you'll assist with basic print service support, including delivering toner and supplies and responding to routine service requests.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and freight throughout the facility.
  • Process outgoing mail and shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Deliver packages and mail to various departments using carts, dollies, or other equipment.
  • Coordinate package pickups and maintain accurate shipping and tracking records.
  • Assist with inventory and distribution of print supplies, including toner and related materials.
  • Respond to internal customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain an organized mailroom and ensure daily mail operations run efficiently.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a mailroom, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving packages using carts or dollies.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
