Overview:
Join Xerox as a Mechanical Engineer, where you will support the design, development, validation, and lifecycle management of advanced printing systems across our print engine portfolio. This role offers hands-on involvement with electro-mechanical systems and materials technologies while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams. You will contribute to innovative solutions that improve product performance, reliability, and quality.

What You Will Do:

  • Support technical investigations, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation including specifications, test plans, and technical reports

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials behavior
  • Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and laboratory instrumentation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings clearly and effectively
