Job description

Join North America's leader in concrete paving stones and retaining wall systems. For over 50 years, Unilock has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and investing in our people. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team
What You'll Do
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Monitor production equipment and perform minor adjustments
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Report on safety, quality, or mechanical concerns
  • Support our Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized workplace by following 5S principles
  • Assist with plant cleanup and other production duties

This position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read production documents
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Schedule
  • Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
  • Must be available to rotate to night shift during peak season
  • 10%-night shift premium
