Mandatory Experience Requirement

All applicants must be Unarmed Security Officers with verifiable experience as a professional doorman, including duties such as managing building access, greeting residents/visitors, and responding to UPS and other delivery services.
Candidates must consistently maintain full professionalism and reliable attendance.


Job Summary

The Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding client facilities through continuous observation, prompt reporting of suspicious activity, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct ongoing surveillance of client premises and monitor perimeter areas.
  • Promptly report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and potential hazards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while following all site-specific and agency protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism, clarity, and sound judgment.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate written reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
  • Issue verbal warnings, and when applicable, assist in detaining individuals or coordinating with law enforcement.
  • Manage access control in a doorman-style role, including greeting visitors and handling package and UPS deliveries.
  • Adapt effectively to varying environments, conditions, and client needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Valid California Guard Card required.
  • Power to arrest certificate required.
  • Appropriate Use of Force certificate required. 
  • Valid California ID or Driver License required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including criminal history, driving record, and drug testing.
