The role

As Manager of TikTok Shop, you will own Vale's TikTok commerce channel, building a content-driven sales machine that converts viewers into customers.

  • Own Vale's TikTok Shop strategy, operations, and revenue targets
  • Manage and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, listings, and promotional cadence
  • Identify and collaborate with creators and affiliates to drive product discovery and conversion
  • Develop a content calendar in partnership with the Content Creator and Social team
  • Monitor TikTok Shop analytics and optimize spend, content, and offers based on performance
  • Stay ahead of TikTok platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Report weekly on channel performance to the Director of E-Commerce
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok for Business in a consumer brand context
  • Strong understanding of short-form video content and creator partnerships
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and commission-based creator programs
  • Analytical mindset with experience reading platform analytics dashboards

$75,000 - $95,000 per year
