LaborMAX Staffing is hiring Industrial Imaging Technician Trainees for a long-term career opportunity in the Rogers, Arkansas area.

We are looking for mechanically inclined, dependable candidates who enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and learning new technology. Previous imaging experience is not required. The right candidate will receive extensive hands-on training to develop into a skilled Imaging Technician.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical work, heavy equipment, utilities, construction, industrial maintenance, electrical, plumbing, field service, or another technical trade who wants to build a specialized technical career.

What You'll Do

As you progress through training, responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with industrial imaging and inspection projects
  • Learn to operate specialized imaging and inspection technology
  • Work with thermal and infrared cameras
  • Assist with concrete and subsurface scanning
  • Work with robotic inspection equipment
  • Support utility locating and field inspection projects
  • Take measurements and perform basic technical calculations
  • Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical systems
  • Operate or work around heavy equipment
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Travel to customer jobsites as required
  • Follow detailed jobsite and equipment safety procedures
  • Complete hands-on technical training under experienced supervision

Work may involve industrial X-ray equipment. Employees will receive appropriate training, supervision, and authorization before performing specialized duties involving this equipment.

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates must:

  • Have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Be comfortable using basic math, measurements, fractions, decimals, and conversions
  • Be capable of learning physics, chemistry, and other technical concepts related to the position
  • Be comfortable working with tools, machinery, and technical equipment
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to report to the Rogers area and assigned jobsites
  • Be willing and able to travel as required
  • Be dependable and maintain consistent attendance
  • Be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Take safety procedures seriously
  • Be willing to complete extensive hands-on training
  • Be comfortable working in industrial, construction, and field environments
  • Meet applicable background-screening requirements
  • Pass required pre-employment drug screening
  • Be willing to participate in random drug screening in accordance with company policy
  • Meet applicable driving/MVR requirements if assigned driving responsibilities

Pay & Career Development

Candidates bringing significant relevant technical, mechanical, equipment, CDL, or industry experience may be considered for a different starting rate based on qualifications and client approval.

This position provides opportunities for continued wage growth as employees develop additional skills, complete training, demonstrate strong performance, and take on greater technical responsibilities.

Experienced, fully developed technicians may have earning potential approaching $40.00/hour, depending on skill level, responsibilities, performance, and the client's compensation structure.

Wage increases are based on development and performance and are not automatic.
